Adrian Chavez founded Adrelle Design as a hobby and a passion. Driven by a love for building and creating, he launched Adrelle Design to provide artists, makers, and businesses with high-quality, personalized laser-cut solutions. Specializing in laser cutting and engraving a variety of products, he strives to ensure the company continues to aim toward merging ideas and desires to create timeless designs. With a background in architecture, he brings a blend of creativity and precision to the world of design and fabrication.
He holds a 5-year accredited bachelor's degree in architecture and a minor in construction management from the university, Illinois Institute of Technology. His expertise forms the foundation of the commitment to delivering exceptional custom projects designed with client expectations in mind.
Adrian's upbringing in Chicago instilled in him a hands-on approach to problem-solving, which he brings to every project. His experience at an engineering-architecture firm and Aria Group Architects highlights his versatility and dedication to excellence.
When not at the helm of Adrelle Design, Adrian enjoys spending time outside and traveling. Whether hiking through majestic mountains, lounging on sun-kissed beaches, enjoying some nice frozen drinks, or wandering through vibrant cities, Adrian embraces the thrill of adventure and the joy of exploration. He enjoys sharing travel stories and outdoor experiences, inspiring others to step outside their comfort zone and appreciate the world around them.

Mochi, the charismatic Siamese cat, runs Adrelle Design with an iron paw and a heart of gold. Known for his striking blue eyes and elegant cream coat with a dark brown face, he is not just a pretty face, but also a visionary leader with an eye for detail and a talent for transforming ideas into stunning designs. The second he hears a can make the popping sound he will be right there next to you waiting to help inspect the design (food), it doesn't matter if he is sound asleep or working hard, he is always ready to go.
When he’s not busy overseeing operations, you can find him napping in sunbeams, middle of the walkway or on top of freshly clean clothes. He will keep a watchful eye on the staff. If you hear a dramatic meow echoing through the office, it is just Mochi demonstrating his excitement.
Mochi might be the youngest member of the team, but he has faced many battles in his lifetime. He was born in a garage on a cold rainy day where he made it known by his echoing cry that he was somewhere hidden. He still has that feisty mentality required to be living outdoor even if it was only for a couple hours/days, but he knows how good he has it inside. Once a cat of the streets, he now only ventures as far as the patio railing to get some sun and fresh air, he must venture back inside to his bowl that is always filled.
His Motto? - "Design is passion, but don't test my patience!" Don't pet him for too long or you will know what he means...
Mochi is dedicated to steering the company toward success—one paw at a time. Just make sure the food bowl is always full, if the middle of the food bowl is empty, it does not matter how much the rest of the bowl has.....it is empty.....

As an emerging Marketing Manager, Michelle is driven by a passion for helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. With a solid foundation in marketing principles and a keen eye for digital trends, Michelle is excited to contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that support brand growth and business success.
Having recently transitioned into a marketing role, Michelle combines a strong educational background with a hands on experience with the tools required to elevate Adrelle Design to new heights. She graduated from University of Illinois Chicago, with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She previously worked at jewelry design firm in downtown Chicago where she assisted in designing one-off custom diamond rings. She is eager to learn and continuously improve, Michelle is committed to building strong marketing strategies that deliver impactful results. She is dedicated to figuring out how to do things herself in order to continue her own growth.
When not brainstorming new campaign ideas or analyzing marketing metrics, Michelle enjoys sewing or trying new food options some of which she will make herself from scratch. Michelle's desire to try new foods from around the world brings us to her dream vacation consisting of lounging around relaxing or enjoying a nice swim on a resort while being able to indulge in a variety of dish's. Some of her favorite things include shrimps and eggs and while she may be mildly allergic to them, it wont stop her from enjoying them!
